«I WANT TO INSPIRE YOU TO RE-TITLE YOUR ERECT DAYS! We live an erect life and perceive our reality standing or sitting most of the times. Besides, we are accustomed to the predefined concepts and clichés that make our lives easier, yet frame us in the beaten path of mediocrity. It’s like we have a caption written for us under every single day without our opinion about it being asked. With my artworks I want people to reset such mental programs, to freely express their passion by re-titling habitual situations, ordinary things, places or other people. The captions under my artworks play a crucial role: by purposefully entwining them with the photographs I appeal to our senses and want to inspire alternative thoughts which I hope could change someone’s life or at least increase their awareness.»
